The Admission Process in RVCollege of Engineering commences right after the declaration of higher secondary results. Students have two options to gain admission in an Undergraduate(UG) course in RVCE, either by clearing annual competitive exams of COMED-K or K-CET. The second option is RVCE Management Quota. The KCET or Karnataka Common Entrance Test is for Karnataka students while COMEDK UGT or Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance is for non-Karnataka students. The college allocates UG/B.Tech seats in the ratio of30% for COMED-K, 50% for K-CET and 20% for RV College of Engineering Management Quota.
